Had a pizza made tonight for the championship games. It's my second time having food from here and the first time I ordered myself. I now understand why my friend told me that the quoted pick up time around 6 can be high. I walked in and they were getting more orders the entire time. After eating the food again I see why. The gentleman working the oven with the beard was very helpful he had my food waiting for me to get taken care of while the young man on the register was helping another guest. Just tried the pizza tonight but I believe this will be a go to place for wings as I saw on there door when I walked in. If any of the side dishes are as good as the pizza count me in. The customer service was great as well. This is by far the best restaurant in the black forest even if there are only a few.

Got pizza last night and it was delicious. I dont know what kinda of cheese they use on their pizza but it is the best I've ever had. Pizza was coming out of oven hot and fresh as I walked in door. Must go again. Also if you get a chance try the wings. I was told they make their hot sauce in house and it's a perfect blend of hotness.

We took it to go and it's the best pizza I've had since moving to the springs. I generally dont post but this matches the pizza I grew up with out east. The manager helped us understand the menu a bit since I've never had there food. I tried both pan and thin pizza. I like their original pan but the New York style thin is perfect. Thank you steve for the help and thank you pies and grinders for making great food.

I am new to the area and wanted to see what this pizza place had to offer. When I arrived I could smell the aroma of the pizza cooking and a see surprising amount of smiles on the faces of the staff. I brought my pizza back home and its was one of the best experiences I've had so far. I've tried other joints but this place in the middle of the woods does it right. Can't wait to make this my regular stop on sundays after work.

This place should be called “Pies & Grinders & Wings & Salads & More". The pizza is, of course, great as are the grinders, but don’t overlook their wings. Big and tasty with just the right amount of heat. The salads are also really good. In fact, they have a fairly extensive menu...much more than the name would suggest. Great food, super bright and clean, and really good people. Love it.

The people that work there helped be immediately with my order and about 5 minutes later my order was presented to me hot, fresh, and ready to go. For eight bucks I got a foot long Philly sandwich with fries. The food was awesome and this restaurant is definitely the right choice for whatever yourself or your family might be wanting for dinner. We are pizza snobs originally from Northeast Pennsylvania (the pizza capital of the world). It is so hard finding pizza that does not taste like it began as a frozen round disc or dowsed with an obscene amount of oregano. Black Forest does a great job with making a pizza that has just the right amount of ingredients to give your taste buds a true pizza experience. They have some great combinations that you will not find at any chain shops. We were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this gem.

The wings at this place are my favorite. Have great flavor and are always hot and fresh when I pick them up. This place is just a little place in a small strip mall but the food and service are always awesome. It is always my first choice for take out. They also serve Pizza and Sandwiches but I haven't really ever tried them. I am addicted to the wings :-)

Hands down the best pizza I've had in a long time. The crust was perfectly cooked, not too crispy, not too soggy. A very generous size and it tastes even better the next day. The service was good, nice people. They can do a better job keeping the carpet clean and adding some ambience lights would do wonders for the place. Do yourself a favor and try their pizza, it's fantastic!
